LAAASSSSSSSTT EMAIL!!!! Jan. 1st, 2013

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTT  EMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            Dear Hamblin Famliy,
I am losing my mind right about now but I just want to say this. I AM SUPER UBER TRUNKY RIGHT NOW! UGH! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN! AGH! In other news:
*The Baptism went great! I was able to perform the baptism in one shot and she was confirmed the following Sunday in Sacrament Meeting!
*I have finished my back packs and other cool gear and T-Shirts that I can't wait to show you all when I get back!
*I have a farewell party at the house of Sister Aquino in one hour so this email may be a tad bit short....suck it up! I'll see you in like 3 days or something like that!
*No I am not counting the days. My companion does that for me!

   Now...... on with the letters!

       Dear Mommy,
I miss you and I'm bummed that you can't be there when I get back but I'll be there when you get back if you know what I mean! Baptism went great like I said. Last baptism as a full time missionary. But hey I have to go down with my guns blazing right? I am trying so hard Mom but it seems like Hells jaws are gaping open the mouth wide after me right now. I am being hit with temptations I didn't even plan for. Ok, being trunky to go home and see my family was something we all saw coming. But the computer shop we are at is owned by Sister Aquino's son and he is offering to give me free games to download and play and I have to say no. NO NO NO! We'll talk when I get back but I am getting his from all sides right now and doing my best to stay obedient to the end. I have served an honorable mission. I have tried my hardest to be an example to my siblings. I have fulfilled my calling as a District Leader, and then as Zone Leader, and I have served with all my might mind and strength. I can honestly say so President Carlos that I have no regrets on my mission. I do not regret a single day. And if I did I have repented and learned from those days. I have seen all types of missionaries, Leader, and investigators at varying degrees of spirituality and worthiness. I have seen pain I could not even fathom because of people who have, “chose poorly”(Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade).  I am very grateful that I was born when I was born in the place I was born to goodly parents who love the Lord. Thank you, Mom. I'm sorry about all the times I complained over stupid things like trying on ridiculous amounts of blue jeans and dress pants. I'm sorry for whining about taking out the garbage or putting the dishes in a dish washer and most shameful of all....I am sorry for complaining about folding the cloths and delivering them to peoples bedrooms! (I can't believe how ungrateful and stupid I was. Please forgive me for my ignorance.) You didn't deserve that. You shouldn't of had to put up with all that. I'm sorry Mom. Please forgive me.
The Elder Hamblin you will find when you come home may be a little different than the one you saw through the check point at the Airport. He will be skinnier, sexier, jk and more grateful for all you do for us! Gosh, how time flies and what it does to you. I love you Mom. See you soon! Elder Hamblin

       Dear Devree,
I hope you liked your letter. I spent some good quality time on it. I kinda hope that not the whole family didn't read it, cause it was really just meant for you. It's a shame it came so darn late. I probably won't get Manny’s letter before I go home. They might just have to forward it to me. Bummer! Oh well. That’s life. Hey I got some stuff to tell you when I call you from the cell phone when I touch down in Reno. What a bummer my own flesh in blood. My best pal Devrs is going to leave me hanging at the airport. All because she has to go to a family reunion/ play time and then get needles shoved into her at a hospital she called home for 9 months! What’s with all of that! Gosh! Well you are going to have to make it up to me somehow. I'm going to have to rot my eyeballs out with TV/movies/games till you get back! I could enjoy that!
Devs, know that i miss you and that you stink like old cheese for not being there for me when I get off the Airplane, but I forgive you! Cause that’s how I roll. I love and miss you and can't wait to hear your voice. I love you! Elder Hamblin

         Dear Shay,
K so listen up stink pot! You and Dad are being held personally responsible for all Trunkiness from here on out. I was laughing my head off when I read Dad's letter and you as well! "Kidlat"   You know what I think of you two......   Ya, That's Tae! Kainin mo siya!
Hey, there is much to do when I get back! I need you to show me.....EVERYTHING! And when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! I love you Shay and I don't know how much longer I have at the internet shop I'm at so I am going to finish things up real quick! I love you Take care! Hold the fort down for me till I get back alright. And keep manin it with your frozen burritos! Love, Elder Hamblin

        Dear Danie Boy,
Ned Declassified School Survival Guide is pretty cool! I remember watching that back in the day. I like the episode where they play dodge ball and Cookie (the nerdy one) become the Darth Vader lord of Dodge ball. You should find that episode and show it to me when I get back!
Hey what do you say to buying some dish washing soap and spraying it all over the trampoline and wrestling in it     I looooooooooooooove ya! And I MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSS YA! Time flies by when your busy or busy having fun! I can't wait to see you all again! LOVE Elder Hambz!

       Dear Pops,
YOU ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TRUNKY! YOU HAVE REACHED THE LEVEL OF UBER TRUNKINESS! This is a side of Dad I have never seen before! You’re so trunky I can feel the trunky vibes through the computer! I was laughing so hard at your letter! I miss you all soooooo much! Gosh, when you said Men in Black 3 I flipped out. I had totally forgotten about that! HA HA! :D It will all come in due time. I miss you all so much. Any second now they will be coming to pull me into the house for my farewell.
OK, Here’s the scoop with Sister Aquino:
Last night we had a dinner appointment with Sister Aquino. She is a kind lady of the ward, the Relief Society President I think. She wanted to know what my phone number was and boasted that their phone could call directly to the Philippines. I was impressed but didn't believe her really so I decided to put it to the test. I told her the number of our home phone and she plugged it right in. To my surprise she said it was ringing! Then I heard your voice on the other side I almost pooped my pants! HA! It actually worked! She chatted to you while the party was going on, (Its always a party at that house!) and then she hung up. Let me remind you I am still a missionary papa. That call was breaking the rules and if I talked to you on the other line it would be harmless but it still would have been breaking the rules. I don't like breaking the rules so I decided to not take the phone when she handed it to me. Sorry Dad, but on the bright side you did get to meet Sister Aquino and that is cool. Now they can call us early in the morning when I get back. Don't worry I'll take all those calls if they come. I also let them know about the time change as well. So don't worry it won't be like every day. Just every now and then they like to call the missionaries that have stayed in Roxas. All the members here ROCK! I especially love the Aquino family for many reasons but will talk about that in the future.
Know that I am uber excited to see you all and eat an AMERICAN HAMBURGER and poop it all out in under 24 hours! I love you all and can't wait to try to do all that you have planned for us to do and not fall off my spiritual high!
Thanks for being the best cheering squad a missionary could ask for! You all have supported me every step of the way. Through the good the bad the ugly and the just plain evil! You have been with me laughed with me cried with me every step of the way. Thank you for the never ending support and love that you continually give me each day in everything that I do. You are the best family for me. Thanks for loving me for who I am. Thanks for praying for all my Investigators. Thanks for everything!!! LOVE,        ELDER HAMBZ

Please pray for The Manokdok family and Angel Famliy and the Labougin famliy and the Manzano/Catubig/Revilla Family to just come back to church and live the gospel and feel its light in their lives again.
and please don't forget to pray for Elder Ballentos and his new companion to be able to have the strength and courage and vitality to do all that is being asked of them and more as they fulfill their callings as Zone Leaders here in Roxas. Please pray that they will be blessed with the knowledge and the words in the exact moment that they need them. And please pray that Elder Ballentos won't be to nervous to receive a new companion and that his new companion will be happy and an amazing match for him!

Sorry, its kind of a lot but you can do it. I love you all! Please Pray for these people they need your prayers! I love them very much and I want to see them succeed in life! They were my family you all were far away. Please help them. Thank you!!! Elder Hamblin
